Position Overview
As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will receive supervision and guidance to implement behavioral programing catering to the individual needs of children and adults diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, or other developmental disabilities. This role is designed as an apprenticeship, in which you have the opportunity to learn how to provide excellent behavioral services, inspiring meaningful behavior change, providing compassionate service, while upholding meticulous accountability. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will assist in data collection for assessments, implement intervention activities according to the intervention plan provided by your supervisor, demonstrate behavior analytic principles under the guidance of supervision with children and families, and monitor behavioral progress. In this growth position, you will benefit from training and supervision to develop your professional skill set, which will help you progress in this field or other areas of social service. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you are responsible for meeting productivity requirements provided in your annual contract and will access a database to assist you in self-monitoring your productivity. You will inspire the people you work with by modeling best practices. You will attend meetings and participate in on-going trainings and professional development opportunities as we encourage our entire team to pursue life-long learning. As an accountable member of the team, all job duties are expected to be completed accurately, need little revision, completed on time and in accordance with all policies and procedures in the company manuals.

Requirements:
Official transcripts of highest degree earned
Ability to lift 25 pounds
Ability to pass background/fingerprint clearance, health screenings and provide/obtain immunizations including TB, and drug testing
Reliable transportation, proof of valid California driver's license, safe driving record, proper auto insurance and vehicle registration
Preferred Qualifications:
Fluent in Spanish
College degree
CPR certification
RBT certification
